We are looking for a passionate Odoo Functional Consultant to join our growing ERP team.
Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Odoo Functional Consultant with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong business process understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to gather client requirements, configure Odoo modules, and coordinate with the technical team for successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements from clients.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Configure standard Odoo modules according to client requirements.
- Prepare business process workflows and GAP analysis.
- Coordinate with Odoo developers for customisations and integrations.
- Perform functional testing (UAT) and validate developed features.
- Provide end-user training and user documentation.
- Assist clients during ERP implementation and post-go-live support.
- Manage project documentation and implementation timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
- Good understanding of Odoo ERP modules.
- Knowledge of Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, or Project Management modules.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to prepare functional documentation.
- Understanding of ERP implementation methodologies.
- Client-facing experience is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in ERP implementation projects.
- Basic understanding of SQL and Odoo workflows will be an added advantage.
